Free domain with your plan

Some plans include a free domain for the first year. Buy a qualifying plan and you can register a brand-new domain — for example a .com, .shop, .xyz or .bd, depending on the plan — at no extra cost.

What’s included

• The first year of registration is free. You pick the name; we cover the first year’s registration fee.
• Select extensions. Each qualifying plan lists which extensions are included (for example .com, .shop, .xyz, .bd). Check the plan details on the Subscription page.
• One free domain per store. The offer applies once, and only to a 1-year registration.

How to get it

The free domain comes with your first payment for a qualifying plan — for example, paying for 3 months up front.

• The free trial does not include it — the credit is granted when you buy the plan.
• Renewal payments don’t grant it. It’s a first-purchase offer, applied once per store.

Once your payment is confirmed, the credit appears automatically — you’ll see it on the Subscription page and in Advanced → Domain Management.

How to claim your domain

1. In your dashboard, go to Advanced → Domain Management and click Buy new domain.
2. Type the name you’d like and tap Search. Domains covered by your credit show a FREE badge instead of a price.
3. Tap Buy next to the domain you want. Because it’s covered by your credit, there’s nothing to pay — no payment page appears.
4. Most domains are registered and attached to your store instantly. Some (like .bd) go into a short review first — see the note below.

Note: Your WHOIS contact details are still required, and Bangladeshi .bd / .com.bd domains still need identity documents (KYC) — the same as a paid purchase. See Buy a domain for the details.

After the first year

• The free credit covers the first year only. From year two, the domain renews at the normal price shown in My Domains.
• Turn on auto-renewal (or watch for our renewal reminder) so your domain never lapses unexpectedly.

Good to know

• .bd and .com.bd domains are regulated, so they may take longer — after you claim one, it shows Under review while our team verifies your documents, then connects to your store.
• If your search results don’t show a FREE badge, your credit may already be used, or the extension may not be included in your plan — check your subscription.
