Free store setup support

Every paid subscription includes a one-time store setup support session, free of charge. Once your payment goes through, our team contacts you and helps get your store ready to take orders — you do not have to work it out alone.

What the session covers

• Picking a theme and arranging your storefront design
• Adding your logo, store name and contact details
• Setting your delivery charges and turning on the payment methods you want
• Connecting a courier, and setting up your Facebook Pixel

How it works

1. Subscribe to any paid package. The setup session is included with all of them — there is no separate charge and nothing to buy.
2. We contact you. After your payment is confirmed, our team reaches out on the phone number registered to your account.
3. Pick a time that suits you. The session runs over WhatsApp or a phone call, in Bangla.
4. We set the store up with you. You keep full control of the account throughout, and you can change anything afterwards.

Note: The session is one-time, once per account. Ongoing questions after that are answered through WhatsApp support and this Help Center, which are always free.

If you would rather do it yourself

Nothing here is compulsory. The setup wizard walks you through the same steps after signup, and every feature is documented in this Help Center. The session exists to save you time, not because the dashboard is difficult.
