SEO & contact info
A short description and clear contact details help customers find and trust your store. They also control how your store appears in search results and when someone shares your link.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Settings.
- Find the SEO & contact section.
- Write a site description — one or two sentences about what your store sells. This text appears in search engine results and in social media link previews.
- Add your contact phone so customers can call you.
- Add your contact email for written enquiries.
- Add your store address if you have a physical location.
- Tap Save.
Note: The site description is your store’s first impression in Google and on social media. Keep it clear and inviting.
Separate addresses for invoices and shipping labels
Some stores bill from one address and ship from another — for example, a registered office address on invoices and a warehouse address on parcels. Two optional fields let you set that up:
- Invoice address — printed on invoices and receipts.
- Shipping label address — printed as the sender address on shipping labels.
Leave either field blank and that document falls back to your store address, so nothing changes unless you choose to set one.
Tips
- Mention what you sell and the area you serve in the description — for example, “Handmade leather bags, delivered across Bangladesh.”
- Use contact details customers can actually reach during your working hours.
